Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Writing Fun, provided byFusionVerse Inc. (“FusionVerse Inc.”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or allowing a child to use Writing Fun (the “Service”), a parent or legal guardian (“Guardian”) agrees to these Terms on behalf of themselves and the child.

1. Guardian Responsibility

Accounts must be created and managed by a Guardian. The Guardian is responsible for supervising the child’s use of the Service, keeping account credentials secure, and ensuring the child’s use complies with these Terms.

2. Eligibility

Writing Fun is intended for use by elementary-age students under the supervision of a Guardian. The Service is not intended for a child to create or manage their own account independently.

3. Acceptable Use

The Guardian agrees that the Service will not be used to:

• Submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate for children;
• Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any party;
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Service;
• Circumvent age or Guardian-supervision requirements.

4. Child’s Content

The Guardian, on the child’s behalf, retains rights to the writing a child creates within the Service (“Content”). The Guardian grants us a limited license to host, process, and display the Content solely to provide and improve the Service, including generating AI feedback.

5. AI-Generated Feedback

Writing Fun uses AI to generate feedback intended to support a child’s writing development. This feedback is educational in nature, may be imperfect, and does not replace guidance from a teacher or Guardian.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by FusionVerse Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant any rights to our trademarks or branding.

7. Subscriptions and Payment

Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Where applicable, pricing, billing terms, and cancellation policies will be presented to the Guardian at the time of purchase.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FusionVerse Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated. A Guardian may stop using the Service and delete the account at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms by the Guardian.
